MORE Cute Applique Tees

So, here are the other images I promised. The majority of these were custom orders, so I don't have many pics of the kiddies representing, but I hope you enjoy :)

and this last one is a little special. My cousin's beautiful daughter is a budding artist, and drew me the most amazingly sweet flower, so I blew it up and appliqued it onto a tee. Isn't it the cutest?! I'm in the process of making a butterfly drawn by her too. I will put it up as soon as it's done...

Cute Christmas Applique Tees

In December, I got busy making more cute applique tees for my niece and nephew. It seems my first batch were a huge hit, as I got request from their little buddies too (well, from their mum's!).

Cute Applique Tees

A few weekends ago, I was flicking through the Mini Boden catalogue, admiring their gorgeous kiddy fashion. I almost spat my tea over the book when I saw the prices! Scandelous! I thought, "I can do that", so that's exactly what I did. With a little Boden inspiration, and the use of some plain, brightly coloured tees, an array of polka dot and ditsy prints, I made these very cute tops for my pretty niece:

...isn't she adorable :)

And I made this stripy number for my dinosaur-obsessed nephew (dinosaur designed by Thomas Key's Illustration skills):

Visual Merchandising - Childrenswear Autumn/Winter

Here's some recent visual merchandising that I've done to update the childrenswear section ready for autumn/winter:

Different to before, I vinyled the prices of all of the garments onto the base of the display to make it more customer friendly. I also designed the vinyl flowers in autumnal colours to brighten up the kids section and make it look more fun :)

Visual Merchandising

Here's a few more V.M bits and bobs I've done lately.

I wish I had a before photo of this jewellery display, just to emphasise how much better it looks now, but I don't. But basically, the jewellery was laid bare on the white surface, looking a bit tired and messy. So, I had a bunch of different sized wooden blocks cut, of which I covered with black satin, before merchandising the jewellery on top. One week on, it's starting to look bare already! So sales must have increase ten-fold. Perfecto!

Kiddies! I love dressing the kiddies. Kids stuff is so cute, especially the little girls. We've had a bunch of autumn/winter in, but as it's only July, I kept it summery with these floral numbers. Cute.

Finally, on Thursday, we had these sweet little luggage bags in for children (The Cuties and Pals), so I spent Friday creating this display to highlight the kids luggage range, as well as the ever-popular Trunki. I covered the light blocks with solid pink vinyl to create a more fun and impacting finish. I love it!
