Queenies Cakery

Yesterday, I went for a trip to Ironbridge, birthplace of the iron bridge. It's a quaint little village, where the river bank is always high, and the houses are even higher. The central street is crammed with museums and old fashioned shops, and of course, the best tea and cake shop that I've been to to date...Queenies. It's a modest little tearoom, with the perfect fusion of modern chic and vintage charm, and the cakes are that good, ITV asked them to create a 'Will and Kate' cake to mark their engagement. It's called Pink Velvet, and that's exactly how it tasted.
